This calming infusion combines Shepherd’s Purse, a known herbal support for reducing menstrual bleeding, with cinnamon chips and green tea to aid circulation and reduce excess flow. A touch of elderberry, fenugreek, mustard seed, coriander, and cinnamon support pain relief, hormonal balance, and immunity.

Shepherd’s Purse, Elderberries, Fenugreek Seed, Coriander Seed, Mustard Seed (Yellow), Cinnamon Chips, Green Tea.

Directions:
1. Boil fresh water to 90- 95°C.
