Upon approval of your return, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on the proper procedure and destination for sending back your package. Please note that we cannot accept items returned without prior authorisation.

Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 7 days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
